Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Available services and shipping options are shown before you place your order.
Production time and delivery time
Your cover is prepared for your selected size and design. Our current production and shipment timeframe is 1-2 days production. All shipments are processed as FedEx Priority Overnight M-F. Any required artwork or proof-approval steps will be explained before purchase. Carrier transit time is separate from production time. Check the estimated shipment and delivery information at checkout, particularly for gifts or events.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipment estimate, when available, and explain your options.
After shipment
When tracking becomes available, use your shipment notification to follow the package. Contact us if a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows delivered but cannot be located. We will help investigate and explain next steps.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at your boutique or at our location. Shipping is included with all orders and is encouraged for prompt fulfillment.
