Returns and cancellations

Need help with your cover or a recent order? Contact us with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

Changing or canceling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check your order’s status and explain whether a change or cancellation is still possible. Production may limit what can be changed. If production has not started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. We will confirm the production status when you contact us. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from shipment delays or applicable law.

A damaged, defective, or incorrect cover

If your cover arrives damaged, has a production defect, or differs from the agreed order, contact us promptly. Photos of the cover, packaging, and shipping label help us investigate. Keep the packaging if practical. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, including any return instructions. If a return is needed because of our production error, a defect, or shipping damage, we will cover the authorized return shipping cost. Do not send a cover back until you receive instructions.

Change-of-mind returns and customer-entered details

Because each cover is made to the selected size and design, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after production begins. This includes customer-approved spelling, image selections, and measurements that we reproduced correctly. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced goods, or where the law requires a remedy. If the dimensions or artwork you supplied need correction, contact us to discuss available options. Custom orders remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will confirm its amount and processing details. We aim to initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days, or sooner when required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it. Refunds required by law will be issued within the applicable deadline.
